The daily Wordle hands everyone the same word once a day. Here every round draws its own random word, so there is always a fresh puzzle and nothing to wait for. Solve it and the next one comes up right away
Miss it and you can take another run at the same word, which is the best way to learn from a loss, or head back and start a new one
Spanish Wordle Unlimited
Switch the word language to Español and you play with Spanish words on a Spanish keyboard, ñ included. As in most Spanish word games the accents are dropped, so ÁRBOL is typed ARBOL. It makes a handy daily practice for anyone learning Spanish, because every word comes with its meaning
A word card after every game
Win or lose, you see the word with its part of speech, a short meaning and two example sentences. The meaning comes in your language and the examples stay in the language of the word, so a Spanish round teaches you a Spanish word in plain English
Tips for solving in fewer guesses
- Open with a word full of common letters, such as AROSE, CRANE or SLATE
- Move a yellow letter to a new spot next time, it has to be somewhere else
- Do not spend a guess on letters that already came up gray
- Letters can repeat, SPOON and LEVEL are fair game
- When a few words still fit, pick the guess that tests the most unknown letters, even if it cannot be the answer
