Delete your Worduel account

Worduel: the word game at worduel.gg and in the apps for iPhone and Android

In the app or on the site

Open Worduel and tap your avatar in the top corner
Tap Delete account
Confirm with Yes, delete it

The account is deleted right away and you are signed out. On Android, if you have not opened the app for a long time, Google may ask you to pick your account once more to confirm it is really you

Cannot open the app

Write to smagulassel@gmail.com with the subject Delete my Worduel account, from the email address of your account or with your player number (the #number shown in the app). We delete it by hand and write back when it is done

What is deleted

your nickname, email address and country
the link to your Apple or Google account, and the password of older accounts
the evening reminder, on every device

What is kept

the gameplay history (games, guessed words, results, rating), with no name or login attached, so the anonymous totals of the game stay correct
an internal copy of the email address of the deleted account, never shown and never used to contact you, until you ask us to erase it
